Elevate: In support of the local school districts, we have created a program that assists families with students in the home with getting a reliable internet connection. In areas where Elevate service is available, we have suspended our installation fee; it is now frozen at $0. We are also waiving the cost of the first month of internet service. In addition, we are currently upgrading all Elevate customers to our fastest speed, 1,000 Mbps (1 Gig), for no extra charge until May 18, 2020. This ensures you will have enough bandwidth to support the needs of your entire family. This assistance is available to families with any type of student in the home, including children enrolled in a local school district, college students, and non-traditional students.
