The Crawford School Involvement Team (CSI) is sponsoring our first Crawford School 5K in Crawford on Saturday, June 8, 2013.  It is a 5K for walkers or runners on the Saturday of Pioneer Days. The race will begin and end at Crawford School, 51 Fir Avenue, allowing participants to enjoy the Crawford Fire Department’s pancake breakfast after the walk/run.  Proceeds from the walk/run will go toward funding Crawford School’s landscaping project.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance with sponsoring the walk/run.  Sponsors will have their names printed on the back of the t-shirts given to the participants.  The shirts will also feature the winning design of a Crawford school student.  Money received from sponsors will go toward purchasing race bibs, providing snacks for participants, and offsetting the printing cost.  Your contribution will allow race proceeds to go toward the Crawford School landscaping project.  If sufficient sponsorship is provided, prizes will also be awarded to the top finishers.  Prizes will be purchased from or donated by local businesses.

Pioneer Days 2013 - the 35th Annual Pioneer Days celebration of our Western Heritage will be held June 6 - 9, 2013. Events include a Parade, old-fashioned Melodrama, Fireworks and many other activities.
