Pioneer Days begins on Thursday night with an old-fashioned Melodrama, performed by the many "talented" volunteers of the community. Complete with a villain, a hero and a heroine in distress, with audience participation!

Friday's events include the ever-popular Baking Contest, where youngsters and adults can bring their goods to be judged and awarded! This year, cash prizes will be given in addition to ribbons. This is followed by a fabulous pasta dinner to raise funds for the fireworks, and the annual Auction. This Auction funds future Pioneer Days, and you can get unique items from all over, including local artwork and items from local merchants!

The annual Fireworks Auction Dinner will be pasta with chicken and vegetables, roll, iced tea, lemonade or coffee, and dessert for a price of $7 Adults. Spaghetti & meatballs for kids 10 and under for $4. Remember, all profits go to the fireworks so please come and eat...and bring all your friends and neighbors!

Come early on Saturday morning to enjoy the Crawford Volunteer Fire Department's breakfast of pancakes, eggs and all the rest.

Crawford Pioneer Days Parade starts at 10 AM and is followed with events including our hilarious Outhouse races, craft and food booths, two more Melodrama performances, a Horseshoe tournament, live entertainment and games for kids of all ages.
